Introduction

By enrolling in a course with Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Course Enrolment and Access

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is processed.
• Learners receive access to course materials for six (6) months from the date of enrolment.
• Course access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for the enrolled learner only.
• Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of LHC Academy.

Course Completion and Certificate

Successful completion of all modules and a minimum 80% pass mark in the Capstone Quiz is required for a Certificate of Completion.
• Certificates are issued digitally by Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy).

Non-Accredited Course Status

This course is a professional development program and is not accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
• The course aligns with NDIS Practice Standards and sector best practices.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only available where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Due to the digital nature of courses, refunds are generally not available once access is granted.

Transfers and Extensions

Enrolments are non-transferable.
• Course access is limited to six (6) months. Extensions may be granted at LHC’s discretion in special circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, and resources remain the intellectual property of Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy).
• Materials may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Learner Conduct

Learners must engage respectfully and use course materials for their intended purpose.
• Breaches of intellectual property rights, abusive behaviour, or academic dishonesty may result in removal from the course.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy) and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage (including loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, or data) arising from course use.
• Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the learner for course enrolment.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
