Do I need any prior experience to enrol?
The course is designed to support both newcomers and those already working in the NDIS or disability sector who want to formalise or sharpen their knowledge and skills.
Who is this course suitable for?
This course is designed for individuals working in, or aspiring to work in, Support Coordination roles within the NDIS sector.
It is ideal for:
- New or aspiring Support Coordinators
- Disability sector workers transitioning into coordination
- Allied health assistants, psychosocial coaches, or team leaders
- NDIS professionals who want a deeper, real-world understanding of participant-centred practice
Is this an accredited qualification?
No.
This is a non-accredited professional development course.
It is mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct and is designed to align with sector expectations and real-world application.
How is the course delivered?
The course is delivered 100% online and is fully self-paced.
You can start anytime, learn at your own speed, and fit your study around work and personal commitments.
How long do I have to complete the course?
You will have six (6) months of access from your date of enrolment.
Extensions can be requested in exceptional circumstances, subject to approval.
Will I receive a Certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the Capstone Quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy).

Will I receive a Certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the Capstone Quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Leading Humanity Care (LHC Academy).
How is the course structured?
The course is made up of 10 modules, each covering a key area of Support Coordination practice.
Each module includes:

At the end, there is a Capstone Quiz (80% pass mark) required to receive your certificate.
